Get ready to ‘Spring’ into Our “2010 Challenge for Women” Program

With a brand new year comes a fresh start and exciting new opportunities to get out of the rut and begin a journey to success. After speaking with several women recently – former and current clients at different career levels – I realize there are people out there who are confused, afraid to take a chance on themselves, settling instead in the same old rut they have known for years…and they are hurting. One woman feels she is going to be let go because of the downturn in the economy. Another hates her job so much she cannot wait to leave. She sends me emails frequently to say she is desperate to find a better job…and with each email comes a different job posting. Another woman wants to write a book about her life, but needs help in keeping on track, and the stories go on.
I recognize myself in some of these women. I experienced some of those same feelings, but I had to have conversations with myself; I sought the services of a coach, and I spoke with family and friends. Those conversations allowed me to change careers when I felt like it, and arriving at a spot where I love the work that I do and the many individuals I have helped, in big and small ways, to move their careers forward.

The program takes you through the career planning cycle of Self Assessment (“Rediscovering Me”), Career Exploration/Research, Decision Making, Goal Setting and Action Plan. At the end of this program, participants will be able to begin create their own Road Map/Action Plan to success, including a Vision Board to take them in the direction of their chosen path.
