To make sure you are prepared, we use the DISC Communication Style assessment that provides a fairly accurate analysis of your behaviours and attitudes; analyze and evaluate your interests, skills, abilities and values. These tests allow us to uncover some of your key selling points which we use to develop your professional resume and prepare you for interviews.
We also offer the Career Planning Profile assessment, which is ideal for career changers or those who are stuck in a career rut and uncertain about the next step to take. This gives you an idea of your strengths, weaknesses and behavioural style and offers a number of positions as outlined in the National Occupational Classification Handbook.
